...sea of Colors in the Stairwell.
The large glass stairwell that connects several buildings of the Phänomenta is now an exhibit. 65 panes are covered with transparent colored films, illuminating the world outside in different colors.
Depending on the color film, there is a completely different effect: Sometimes the colors and contours of an object appear much more intense than in reality. And sometimes, when looking through a different color film at the same object, things that were seen before are completely "swallowed up".
And just like at our interactive station "Subtractive Color Mixing", you can also "mix" the different color films here. Go to the rooftop terrace or the courtyard and look through the staircase. A step or two to the left or right and you'll see a new color combination again.
Quick tip: In sunshine, the colors shine even more beautifully and intensely both in the staircase and from the outside!
